About the role
Responsible for leasing commercial properties in the Richardson area. Conduct market research, negotiate leases, and manage tenant relationships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential tenants and property values.
- Negotiate lease agreements with prospective tenants.
- Manage tenant relationships, ensuring a positive and productive environment.
- Develop strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing.
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for real estate and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
