Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
- Show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
- Update unit availability daily and maintain accurate leasing information.
- Process rental applications in accordance with company procedures.
- Submit and track maintenance requests for residents.
- Receive and record collections following company standards.
- Provide general clerical, office, and phone support.
- Maintain complete and accurate resident files and documentation.
- Manage move-in calendars to ensure appointments are completed and units meet move-in standards.
- Address and help resolve resident concerns; escalate issues to the Supervisor when necessary.
- Conduct move-out walks and support the move-out process.
- Perform additional tasks or duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Special Requirements
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear.
- Occasional climbing may be required.
- Must be able to work at a computer and use a phone for extended periods.
- Must be able to detect auditory and visual alarms.
- Availability to work flexible and extended hours, including weekends, as needed.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to read and write English fluently and perform intermediate math functions.
- One year of experience in the service industry preferred (hospitality, retail, customer service, etc.).
- Intermediate computer and internet proficiency.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Experience with: Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident Check.
- Learning & Development: Commitment to ongoing professional development through company-provided training.
- Ability to effectively utilize all on-site property management software.
