Leasing Consultant

About the role

The Jackson is seeking a leasing consultant with lease-up experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their customer service skills to connect with future residents and help secure lease agreements.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest by highlighting the unique features and benefits of your community
• Communicate effectively with potential residents to guide them through the leasing process
• Serve as a resource for residents, addressing their concerns and assisting with solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents to foster loyalty and attract new tenants
• Use attention to detail to perform necessary office administrative tasks
• Coordinate fun activities for residents to enhance their experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish, English) is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently
• Flexible to work weekends as needed
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
