Leasing Consultant

About the role

RAM Partners, LLC is a full-service real estate management company managing over 80,000 apartments across the U.S. We specialize in multi-family community management for various third-party owners. Classic City Flats is seeking a Leasing Consultant who can leverage customer service skills to attract and secure lease agreements.

Compensation

Competitive compensation including bonuses based on property commission structure. Responsibilities

- Generate interest in your community's unique features and benefits. - Communicate effectively with potential residents to guide them through the leasing process. - Serve as a resource for residents, addressing their concerns and facilitating resolutions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with residents to foster loyalty and retention. - Utilize attention to detail to perform necessary office administrative tasks. - Organize and coordinate fun activities for residents.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred. - Valid Driver’s License. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines promptly. - Legal authorization to work in the United States.
