$20 to per hour

Overview

Altis Grand Suncoast is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to leverage their customer service skills to engage with potential residents and secure lease agreements. Here are some of the benefits RAM offers:

Responsibilities

• Generate interest by highlighting your community’s unique features and differentiators
• Communicate effectively to potential residents through all stages of the leasing process
• Serve as a resource for residents to address their concerns and find solutions
• Build long-lasting relationships to retain and attract residents
• Use attention to detail skills to perform necessary office administrative tasks
• Coordinate fun activities for residents

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred
• A valid driver’s license is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Experience with industry software (Yardi, Onesite) is required
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
