Leasing Consultant

About the role

The Reserve at Meadowmont is seeking a leasing consultant to join their team. This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to connect with future residents to secure lease agreements.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest in the community by highlighting its unique features and benefits
• Communicate effectively with potential residents to guide them through the leasing process
• Serve as a resource for residents to address their concerns and find solutions
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with residents to foster loyalty
• Use attention to detail to perform necessary office administrative tasks
• Coordinate fun activities for residents to enhance their community experience

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred
• A valid driver’s license is required
• One year of leasing experience is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is required
• The ability to multitask and meet deadlines is crucial
• A flexible schedule, including weekends, is expected
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required

Pay

$20 to $22 per hour
