Leasing Consultant

About the role

The Leasing Consultant at Mission Rock Residential is responsible for actively participating in the leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy. Duties include providing onsite tours of the community, managing resident communications, and ensuring compliance with fair housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Tour community, amenities, and vacant apartments with prospects and maintain up-to-date knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Courteously process resident communications including service requests, enter requests into Yardi, and communicate them to the Service Team.
• Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, always adhering to Fair Housing regulations.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Competence in personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to work Saturdays.

Pay

The expected compensation range for this position is $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.

Schedule

The Leasing Consultant works a flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet the needs of the community and its residents.
