Leasing Consultant

About the role

The Leasing Consultant at Mission Rock Residential is responsible for providing information, conducting tours of the community, and managing customer service for both prospective and current residents.

Responsibilities

• Tour community, amenities, and vacant apartments with prospects and maintain up-to-date knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Prepare leases, process applications, and maintain accurate resident records.
• Courteously process resident communications including service requests, enter them into Yardi, and communicate the request to the Service Team.
• Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, adhering to Fair Housing regulations.
• Aid in marketing initiatives, outreach, and resident events.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Competence in personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work on Saturdays is required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay

The expected compensation range for this position is $22.00 – $24.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
