About the role

Responsible for managing tenant relations and leasing new properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relations and ensure smooth property management
• Lease new properties and assist in closing deals
• Handle inquiries and complaints from tenants

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or similar field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Skills

• Tenant screening and credit check proficiency
• Knowledge of local housing laws and regulations
• Effective negotiation and sales techniques
