Responsibilities
- Provide consulting services to clients on leasing matters, including but not limited to, lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
- Review and verify tenant applications and employment verification forms for accuracy and completeness.
- Use Microsoft Office and other software to create and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Utilize active listening and clear questioning techniques to understand and meet client needs.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct site visits to ensure accurate representation of properties and to maintain a high level of market knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction.
- Handle client queries and concerns with grace and efficiency, utilizing excellent telephone etiquette.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues that may arise during the leasing process.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Leasing Consultant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to ask clear questions and actively listen to clients' needs.
- Proven experience in reviewing different sites for accuracy of information and sharing information effectively.
- A positive attitude and professional demeanor, with excellent telephone etiquette.
- Experience with tenant applications and employment verification forms is preferred.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
