Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional leasing services. Responsible for attracting and securing new tenants, maintaining existing relationships, and ensuring the property’s success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and current tenants
• Market properties effectively through various channels
• Manage lease negotiations and paperwork
• Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure property maintenance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in leasing or property management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local and state leasing laws
• Experience with property management software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
