About the role
Join our leasing team and help revolutionize the apartment living experience. As a Leasing Consultant, you will drive daily operations at one of our apartment communities, ensuring residents experience luxury living. You’ll help prospective residents find their ideal home by customizing tours to their tastes—from recommending floorplans to highlighting neighborhood hotspots. Saturday availability is required, as weekends are peak times for apartment tours.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a sense of community and going the extra mile for residents.
- Drive leasing performance through personalized connections, creative marketing campaigns, and social media engagement.
- Follow through on leads with tailored updates, such as available floorplans, neighborhood events, and local recommendations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a welcoming and supportive environment for residents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- 1–2 years of experience in leasing, customer service, or a related role (preferably in real estate or property management).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay
Total base pay range: $37,500.00 – $52,500.00.
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week (including required Saturday availability).
