About the role

Responsible for leasing commercial properties in the downtown area. Conducting property showings, negotiating leases, and maintaining tenant relations.

Responsibilities

• Conducting property showings and presentations
• Negotiating lease agreements
• Maintaining and enhancing tenant relationships
• Managing lease renewals and terminations
• Responding to tenant inquiries and concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in property management or leasing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel within the city
