About the role
Responsible for leasing commercial properties in the downtown area. Requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of local market trends.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Conduct property showings and negotiations
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential tenants and landlords
- Market properties through various channels including social media and email campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in real estate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of local market conditions and trends
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using CRM software
- Experience with social media marketing
