About the role

Responsible for leasing commercial properties in the downtown area. Key tasks include prospecting potential clients, negotiating leases, and maintaining tenant relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new clients and managing existing tenant relationships
• Negotiating lease agreements and ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Developing marketing strategies to attract new business
• Attending industry events and networking with other professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or leasing
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
