Leasing Consultant at Crosswood and 1840 Garden (TEMP HIRE)

About the role

This position supports two apartment communities located directly across the street from each other. The office location is at Crosswood Apartments, 1841 Garden Avenue, Eugene, OR 97403, and 1840 Garden, 1840 Garden Ave, Eugene, OR 97403.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and promote the property
• Utilize industry specific software for lead management
• Provide tours to prospective and current residents
• Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents
• Ensure compliance with renter’s insurance
• Maintain resident occupancy of 95%
• Timely collection of rent and other ancillary revenue
• Engage with your prospective and current tenants using a professional and courteous approach
• Escalate tenant relation issues to Property Manager
• Facilitate resident events

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service and sales experience
• Reliable transportation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including, Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Demonstrates teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior and integrity, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, resolve conflicts, and ambition for continuous professional development

Skills

• Knowledge of Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunities requirements
• Compliance with appropriate state landlord/tenant statutes
• Attendance at training and development seminars

Pay

Competitive hourly pay range of between $22.00-22.00
