Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a leasing consultant in the multi-family industry
- Fair housing certification (will be provided if needed)
- Proven track record in sales and negotiation
- Proficient in computer systems and technology
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Passionate about the multi-family industry in this region
