Leasing Consultant

Love connecting with people? So do we! At Centerspace, we don't just lease apartment units - we help people find a place they'll love to call home. We're looking for an energetic, people-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Connelly on Eleven.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and provide personalized community tours
• Manage leads and guide prospects through the leasing process
• Achieve leasing goals while delivering exceptional customer experience
• Aid new residents from application through move-in day
• Build lasting relationships that encourage lease renewals and resident satisfaction
• Plan and support resident events and community engagement activities
• Create marketing content, support social media, and participate in local outreach efforts
• Maintain accurate leasing records and office documentation
• Collaborate with maintenance, management, and support teams to deliver outstanding services
• Assist with daily office operations

Requirements

As part of our hiring process, all applicants are required to complete a 35-minute pre-employment assessment after submitting their application. Completion of the assessment is required to be considered for this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Some local travel may be required
• Previous sales, leasing, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Experience with property management software preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Pay

$18.00–$19.50/hour plus monthly leasing commissions and quarterly renewal bonuses. Your actual starting pay will be based on your experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Schedule

Monday - Friday | 9:00AM - 6:00PM + One Saturday per month
