Leasing Consultant

About the role

Centerspace is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-centric Leasing Consultant to join their team at the Dylan at RiNo Apartments in Denver, Colorado. The position involves guiding leasing goals, building professional relationships, and ensuring maximum occupancy and exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales/leasing funnel at the assigned community(s)
• Produce sales results commensurate with company benchmarks
• Evaluate and have expertise in assigned community(s) competitors' offerings and pricing
• Prepare the office and tour path for business
• Promote apartment rentals through various online and offline campaigns
• Assist with community social media management
• Provide service to new applicants, coordinate leasing documents, and perform move-in orientation
• Support resident retention by assisting with events and campaigns
• Communicate and coordinate with onsite and support teams
• Deliver high-level resident satisfaction while maintaining Fair Housing Practices
• Address and resolve issues
• Participate in industry networking and community service projects

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Background in sales is preferred

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret lease documents, safety rules, instructions, and procedural manuals
• Write routine reports and correspondence
• Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
• Interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
• Use a computer in a professional manner
• Close, distance, and depth vision
• Reach with arms and hands
• Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds

Skills

• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of Property Management software
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel

Pay

The base salary for this position is expected to start at $20.00- $23.00/hour, with the actual base salary amount dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate's credentials, relevant experience, and primary job location, with consideration given to internal equity.

Schedule

Work schedule includes Tuesdays through Saturdays from 9 AM to 6 PM.
