Essential Functions

Manage all leases from potential and existing clients.
Cookordinate property viewings, follow-ups and updating of contact management database.
Market all rental listings.
Cookordinate and schedule lease applications and adhere to compliance requirements.
Execute new lease agreements and coordinate move-in processes.
Prepare all lease-related paperwork.
Manage regulatory and compliance related services.
Respond to queries/leads and conduct property inspections.
Operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle to perform job duties.
Work in a high-pressure environment, interact with difficult customers/vendors, handle urgent matters, resolve conflicts, have effective interpersonal skills.

Exceptional customer service skills.
Adequate time management skills.
Able to work a flexible schedule when needed.

Qualifications and Education

Minimum 1-year experience in similar role or related field.
Able to multi-task and quickly adapt to change.

About the Role

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for providing excellent customer service representation. The primary responsibility is to greet visitors, present the features and benefits of the apartment community in a professional manner, and properly secure lease agreements. This position will be split their time between two nearby communities - Lakeside Vintage and Indigo at 61.

You may be exposed to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow is common. May occasionally be exposed to extreme conditions, including high heat, humidity, freezing temperatures, and heavy rain while performing outdoor tasks. You will also periodically be confined to a vehicle.
