Leasing Consultant

Essential Functions

• Manage all leases from potential and existing clients.
• Cookordinate property viewings, follow-ups and updating of contact management database.
• Market all rental listings.
• Cookordinate and schedule lease applications and adhere to compliance requirements.
• Execute new lease agreements and coordinate move-in processes.
• Prepare all lease-related paperwork.
• Manage regulatory and compliance related services.
• Respond to queries/leads and conduct property inspections.
• Operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle to perform job duties.
• Work in a high-pressure environment, interact with difficult customers/vendors, handle urgent matters, resolve conflicts, have effective interpersonal skills.

Qualifications and Education

• Minimum 1-year experience in similar role or related field.
• Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to change.

Work Environment

• Typically operates indoors in an air-conditioned office, with a mixture of natural, incandescent and fluorescent light.
• May be exposed to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow is common.
• May occasionally be exposed to extreme conditions, including high heat, humidity, freezing temperatures, and heavy rain while performing outdoor tasks.
• Periodically confined to a vehicle.
