Beztak, a national Real Estate Development, Construction, and Property Management company, is seeking bright, dynamic leaders with a passion for service and a commitment to excellence to join our team as a Leasing Consultant.
About the role
The Leasing Consultant provides excellent customer service representation, greets visitors, presents the features and benefits of the apartment community, and secures lease agreements.
Responsibilities
- Manage all leases from potential and existing clients.
- Coordinate property viewings, follow-ups, and updating of the contact management database.
- Market all rental listings.
- Coordinate and schedule lease applications and adhere to compliance requirements.
- Execute new lease agreements and coordinate move-in processes.
- Prepare all lease-related paperwork.
- Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.
- Respond to queries/leads and conduct property inspections.
- Operate a company or personal vehicle for work-related purposes.
- Work in a high-pressure environment, interact with difficult customers/vendors, handle urgent matters, resolve conflicts, and demonstrate effective interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role or related field.
- Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to change.

- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Able to work a flexible schedule when needed.
Physical Demands
- Regularly sit for long periods, walk, stand, climb stairs, and communicate with residents, staff, family members, and the public.
- May be exposed to varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow) and occasionally extreme conditions while performing outdoor tasks.
- Periodically confined to a vehicle.
Work Environment
This position typically operates indoors in an air-conditioned office with a mixture of natural, incandescent, and fluorescent lighting.
