Leasing Consultant
About the role
Beztak, a national Real Estate Development, Construction, and Property Management company, is seeking a Leasing Consultant in the Northern Mississippi area. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service representation, manage all leases, coordinate property viewings, and execute new lease agreements.
Essential Functions
- Manage all leases from potential and existing clients.
- Cookordinate property viewings, follow-ups and updating of contact management database.
- Market all rental listings.
- Schedule lease applications and adhere to compliance requirements.
- Execute new lease agreements and coordinate move-in processes.
- Prepare all lease-related paperwork.
- Manage regulatory and compliance related services.
- Respond to queries/leads and conduct property inspections.
- Operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle to perform job duties.
- Work in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills.

Qualifications and Education
- Minimum 1-year experience in similar role or related field.
- Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to change.

Physical Demands
The position is required to regularly sit for long periods of time, walk, stand, climb stairs, and communicate with residents, staff, family members and the public. You may be exposed to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow is common. You will also periodically be confined to a vehicle.

Schedule
The position is typically operated indoors in an air-conditioned office, with a mixture of natural, incandescent and fluorescent light. May occasionally be exposed to extreme conditions, including high heat, humidity, freezing temperatures, and heavy rain while performing outdoor tasks. You will also periodically be confined to a vehicle.
