Leasing Consultant
About the role
Beztak, a national Real Estate Development, Construction, and Property Management company, is seeking a bright, dynamic Leasing Consultant to join our team. The Leasing Consultant provides excellent customer service representation, presents the features and benefits of the apartment community, and secures lease agreements.
Responsibilities
- Manage all leases from potential and existing clients.
- Coordinate property viewings, follow-ups, and updating of the contact management database.
- Market all rental listings.
- Coordinate and schedule lease applications and adhere to compliance requirements.
- Execute new lease agreements and coordinate move-in processes.
- Prepare all lease-related paperwork.
- Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.
- Respond to queries/leads and conduct property inspections.
- Operate a company or personal vehicle for work-related purposes (must be willing and able to drive).
- Work in a high-pressure environment, interact with difficult customers/vendors, handle urgent matters, resolve conflicts, and demonstrate effective interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role or related field.
- Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to change.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Able to work a flexible schedule when needed.

Physical Demands
The position requires regularly sitting for long periods, walking, standing, climbing stairs, and communicating with residents, staff, family members, and the public. You may be exposed to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow, and occasionally extreme conditions while performing outdoor tasks. Periodic confinement to a vehicle is also required.
Work Environment
This position typically operates indoors in an air-conditioned office with a mixture of natural, incandescent, and fluorescent light. Outdoor tasks may expose you to varying weather conditions.
