Where You Will Work
You will lease apartments onsite at Residences at Capital Crescent Trail, our modern 250+-unit apartment community located in Bethesda, MD.!
What We Offer
- $21 an hour + Unlock your earning potential with an expected total annual compensation ranging from $35,000 to $95,000+ featuring a competitive base salary and high volume, lucrative commission opportunities.
- Multiple opportunities to increase commission per lease including: Longer lease term: 18-month or longer vs. the standard 12-month length, Higher rent rate unit: Updated finishes, larger floorplan, better view, etc., Exceeding monthly goal: Several tiers to increase percentage of total lease value earned per lease.

Who You Are
- 1+ year sales and customer service experience including reaching sales goals in a fast-paced environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant).
- Demonstrated success in goal setting/achievement and following a sales process.
- Excellent customer service skills to address current and future resident needs.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work during our office hours.
- Reliable transportation.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
