ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manage all leases from potential and existing clients.
  • Cookordination property viewings, follow-ups and updating of contact management database.
  • Market all rental listings.
  • Cookordination and scheduling of lease applications and adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Execution of new lease agreements and coordination of move-in processes.
  • Preparation of all lease-related paperwork.
  • Management of regulatory and compliance-related services.
  • Response to queries/leads and conducting property inspections.
  • Operation of a company vehicle or personal vehicle to perform job duties.
  • Willingness and ability to drive for work-related purposes.
  • Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Adequate time management skills.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

  • Minimum 1-year experience in similar role or related field.
  • Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to change.
