This isn't just a job; it's a chance to launch a brand-new development serving Texas A&M University.

- Foundation Builder: Help plan the very first resident events and "VIP" experiences for our founding leasers.
- The Sales Specialist: Navigate the "Cardinal Way of Leasing" to hit aggressive weekly goals. Handle high-volume inquiries and guide future residents through the brand-new application and screening process.
- Expert Guide: Know every square inch of the blueprints, from the rooftop views to the tech-heavy study spaces, to be the expert on College Station's newest amenities.
