Be part of the foundation at Ever College Station—College Station's newest off-campus destination! We are looking for a high-energy Community Intern to join the inaugural team at Ever College Station. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to launch a brand-new development serving Texas A&M University.

MISSION

  • Sell the Vision: Master the art of "Pre-Leasing." Lead tours of our leasing gallery and model units, using your energy to help students and parents visualize the finished luxury experience.
  • Build the Hype: Launching a new building requires massive visibility. Lead aggressive on-campus marketing, "guerrilla" marketing tactics, and social media blitzes to make Verve the most anticipated opening in College Station.
  • Foundation Builder: Help plan the very first resident events and "VIP" experiences for our founding leasers.
  • The Sales Specialist: Navigate the "Cardinal Way of Leasing" to hit aggressive weekly goals. Handle high-volume inquiries and guide future residents through the brand-new application and screening process.
  • Expert Guide: Know every square inch of the blueprints, from the rooftop views to the tech-heavy study spaces, to be the expert on College Station's newest amenities.

What You'll Do

  • First point of contact for future residents, helping them envision their life at Verve before the first brick is even laid.
  • Lead tours of our leasing gallery and model units.
  • Launch aggressive on-campus marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and execute the first resident events and "VIP" experiences.
  • Navigate the leasing process to hit weekly sales targets.
  • Know and promote all the amenities and features of Verve.

Requirements

  • Highly energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with social media and marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of college student behavior and preferences

Qualifications

  • Passion for real estate and community development
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred
