Leasing Associate - Avery Square (Manheim/Middletown)

About the role

The Leasing Associate will serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression of our communities. This individual will be responsible for guiding applicants through the rental process, providing excellent customer service, and supporting day-to-day leasing and administrative operations.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
• Experience in direct customer service is required
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Experience in an administrative or office setting is highly preferred
• Experience in residential leasing is a plus
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent computer and typing skills required
• Must be friendly and outgoing with good verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Must possess excellent attention to detail as well as organizational and time management skills

Schedule

This position supports multiple properties and will require regular travel between office locations in Manheim & Middletown to meet operational needs.
