Responsibilities
- Manage all leasing inquiries including phone calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism and energy
- Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks
- Create and distribute engaging marketing materials to drive occupancy
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current residents
- Demonstrate highly motivated, high-energy sales skills with excellent closing ability
- Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect to deliver a personalized experience
- Thrive in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of leasing experience; multi-family leasing with new construction preferred
- Yardi property management software experience
- Strong phone sales and customer service skills
- Performance-driven with a growth mindset
- Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up technique
- Strong problem-solving skills and professional demeanor
- Personable phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly
- Valid Driver's License required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
