Responsibilities
- Leasing & Lead Management: Actively participate in all leasing activities across the portfolio, including managing leads, conducting apartment tours and showings, following up with prospects, and maintaining clear, timely communication throughout the leasing process.
- Lease Administration: Oversee all aspects of lease processing, including application intake, lease agreement preparation, and addendum execution with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Resident & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and current residents. Communicate professionally with all internal teams and external stakeholders to foster strong, positive relationships.
- Marketing & Outreach: Promote available apartments across multiple online platforms and social media channels. Partner with the marketing team to ensure high-quality listings and promotional materials that reflect the property’s brand and value.
- Customer Service & Resident Support: Respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns, providing thoughtful solutions to enhance the living experience. Support day-to-day operations, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Operations Coordination: Assist with coordinating resident move-ins and move-outs, lease renewals, rent collection, and service requests. Maintain organized, efficient processes to support seamless operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with property management and maintenance teams to achieve leasing and occupancy goals, while contributing to a cohesive, high-performing team environment.
- Special Projects: Support broader initiatives such as acquisition due diligence, property inspections, and renovation planning by providing operational insight and design input as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate, management, leasing, multi-family/single family/scattered site housing, sales, hospitality, or retail, preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort using technology.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and be insurable under company policy.
