Leasing and Marketing Intern

Responsibilities

• Affirm and achieve leasing and marketing goals for the community.
• Communicate opportunities and challenges to the General Manager.
• Enter, maintain, and respond accurately to all lead information in Entrata.
• Respond promptly to all rental inquiries via various channels.
• Follow up with prospects within 24 hours.
• Provide tours and assist with move-in processes.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance across the community.
• Proactively communicate issues to relevant parties.
• Closely monitor and execute the leasing process.
• Support and participate in marketing and outreach activities.
• Plan and host resident events.
• Manage the community waitlist and communicate changes to prospects.
• Ensure proper execution of screening procedures and lease agreements.
• Collect and manage all funds and move-in-related fees.
• Support customer service efforts.
• Translate languages as needed.

Qualifications

• Effective, competitive, and naturally sales-minded individual.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
• Computer literacy required.
• Previous leasing and/or sales experience preferred.
• Experience in multifamily housing preferred.
• Previous experience with property management software like Entrata preferred.

About the role

The ideal candidate is fluent in both Mandarin and English. This internship may count toward educational credit.
