Responsibilities
- Affirm and achieve leasing and marketing goals for the community.
- Communicate opportunities and challenges to the General Manager.
- Enter, maintain, and respond accurately to all lead information in Entrata.
- Respond promptly to all rental inquiries via various channels.
- Follow up with prospects within 24 hours.
- Provide tours and assist with move-in processes.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance across the community.
- Proactively communicate issues to relevant parties.
- Closely monitor and execute the leasing process.
- Support and participate in marketing and outreach activities.
- Plan and host resident events.
- Manage the community waitlist and communicate changes to prospects.
- Ensure proper execution of screening procedures and lease agreements.
- Collect and manage all funds and move-in-related fees.
- Support customer service efforts.
- Translate languages as needed.
Qualifications
- Effective, competitive, and naturally sales-minded individual.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
- Computer literacy required.
- Previous leasing and/or sales experience preferred.
- Experience in multifamily housing preferred.
- Previous experience with property management software like Entrata preferred.
