About the role
The Vue, a 219-unit apartment community in Overland Park, seeks a dynamic Leasing & Marketing Associate to connect with residents and promote the community.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents and guide them through tours.
- Highlight features, benefits, and lifestyle offerings.
- Manage inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Create and post engaging social media and marketing content.
- Support resident events and outreach campaigns.
- Aid in leasing paperwork, applications, and renewals.
Requirements
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or marketing experience preferred (training provided).
- Comfortable with social media platforms and basic marketing tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy.
- Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $20-22/hr.
Schedule
This position requires evening and weekend availability.
