Leasing Ambassador - The Standard Boulder

Duties/Responsibilities

• Understand the Housing Contract and all related addendums and communicate all information to prospective residents and guarantors.
• Generate new leads, complete guest cards, schedule and conduct tours, lead follow-up, assist in promoting the community via social media platforms, and assist with email and text campaigns using the Property Management Software.
• Perform daily opening and closing checklists, including model & tour route inspections, and perform housekeeping as needed.
• Attend and contribute to Landmark LineUp and required staff meetings, respond to internet and telephone inquiries in a timely and professional manner, keep detailed activity logs and notes in prospective resident accounts, adhere and comply with corporate procedures and government laws on Fair Housing, and participate in all Move-in related activities including unit inspections, unit make-readies, and furniture placement.
• Participate in additional tasks as assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager and assist the Operations Team with Move-in Day as needed.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Public Relations, etc. is preferred.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Strong organization skills.
• Reliable and self-disciplined.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Entrata experience is preferred.
• Available to work an average of 15 hours per week including evening and weekend hours, and during university closings and move-in periods.

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Public Relations, etc. is preferred.

Pay

The pay for this position is $20.00 per hour depending on a variety of factors including market factors in the geographical location where the candidate lives.

Schedule

Available to work an average of 15 hours per week including evening and weekend hours, and during university closings and move-in periods.
