This position requires an efficient Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. Responsibilities include establishing rapport with residents, conducting tours, and managing leasing forms.Responsibilities
Become the friendly, public face of the property and conduct tours. Manage leasing forms, collect payments, and maintain high occupancy rates through personalized customer service.Requirements
A high school diploma/GED is required. One year of leasing agent experience is preferred, with working knowledge of property management software, Onesite preferred.Qualifications
Highly desirable qualities include a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Skills
