About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Leasing Agent to support leasing activities for a residential apartment community in Oklahoma City. This vital role involves serving as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, conducting property tours, processing applications, and ensuring high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide detailed information about available apartments, amenities, pricing, and lease terms.
• Conduct property and apartment tours to showcase available units.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Follow up with prospective residents to convert leads into signed leases.
• Process rental applications, lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date resident and prospect information within property management systems.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs efficiently.
• Assist current residents with questions, requests, and general customer service needs.
• Support marketing initiatives and resident retention efforts.
• Ensure the leasing office, model units, and community are well-presented and professional.
• Collaborate closely with property management and maintenance teams.
• Adhere to Fair Housing regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in leasing, property management, sales, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, outgoing demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving occupancy goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn property management software.
• Availability to work occasional weekends as needed.
• Knowledge of the Oklahoma City rental market and experience in sales or customer-facing roles are advantageous.
• Familiarity with property management or CRM software is a plus.
