About the role

We are seeking experienced sales representatives in Niagara to join our team. Top full-time performers will earn CA$90,000+. This role requires you to drive to meet with property owners and tenants across the service area.

Responsibilities

• All Leads Provided - No prospecting required
• Meet Property Owners - Assess homes for rental readiness
• Tenant Showings - Conduct viewings and guide renters
• Set Your Own Schedule - Flexible, but you must stick to it
• 24/7 Backend Support - Scheduling handled for you
• Training & Tools - We give you everything you need to succeed

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience (real estate an asset)
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Valid Ontario driver's license and vehicle
• Iphone 13 or newer (required due to software compatibility)
• Organizational Skills: Attention to detail in managing appointments, follow-ups, and showings
• Availability for evenings and weekends

Pay

CA$90,000+ /year in commission-based earnings
