What You’ll Do:
- Greet and qualify prospective residents
- Conduct property tours and highlight apartment features and benefits
- Follow up with prospects and work to close leases
- Process applications and secure deposits in compliance with Fair Housing guidelines
- Track traffic, guest cards, and leasing activity
- Aid current residents and ensure excellent customer service
- Handle service requests and follow up as needed
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor pricing
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience
- Yardi experience preferred
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Leasing 101 certification within 3 months
