Position Overview
This position is for a full-time Leasing Agent I/COS to work at Kenolio Apartments, a 186-unit family housing community in Kihei, HI. This is a tax credit, Section 8 property. Qualified candidates will have 1+ year of related apartment leasing experience and knowledge of affordable housing. COS certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Aids in developing and implementing marketing plans and creating advertisements.
- Provides property tours, shows model units, logs all traffic, completes follow-ups, processes rental applications, and prepares leases.
- Captures deposits, conducts unit inspections, participates in property inspections, move-in/move-out processes, and aids residents with move-out procedures.
- Participates in re-certification processes.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of related apartment leasing experience/COS experience.
- MS Office knowledge and intermediate skills.
- Knowledge of affordable housing.
- Criminal background check requirements.
