Leasing Agent - Heritage at Cottonwood Creek

About the role

Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC. is seeking a Leasing Agent for their property at Heritage at Cottonwood Creek in San Marcos, TX. The position is part of a thriving community management company that develops and manages affordable and market-rate housing across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Nurturing prospects through the entire leasing process: initial phone calls, property tours, and lease/application paperwork.
• Understanding each prospect’s needs by frequent follow-ups via phone, text, email, and social media.
• Engaging with residents to ensure they have a positive experience and feel valued.
• Marketing the community effectively to attract new residents.

Requirements

• Proven leasing expertise in a fast-paced residential multifamily apartment community environment.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English (strongly preferred).
• Weekend availability is mandatory.

• Strong marketing knowledge and ability to promote the community effectively.

Pay

*$20-$23 per hour, final agreed-upon compensation based on individual qualifications and experience.

Schedule

The schedule is flexible but requires weekend availability.
