Leasing Agent - Fort Lauderdale

About the role

We are seeking experienced sales representatives in Fort Lauderdale to join our team. This commission-based role offers a pay range starting at CA$90,000+ per year, with a steady flow of leads provided directly by Royal York. Responsibilities

• All leads provided—no prospecting required
• Meet with property owners to assess homes for rental readiness
• Conduct tenant showings and guide renters
• Set your own schedule (flexible, but must be adhered to)
• 24/7 backend support with scheduling handled for you
• Receive comprehensive training and professional tools to succeed

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience (real estate experience an asset)
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and vehicle
• iPhone 13 or newer (required due to software compatibility)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing appointments, follow-ups, and showings
• Availability for evenings and weekends

Pay

CA$90,000+ per year in commission-based earnings.
