Leasing Consultant position at Ramblewood Apartments in Fort Collins, located at the base of the Rocky Mountain foothills near historic Old Town and Colorado State University.

Pay

• $20–$22 per hour plus leasing bonuses
• $75 leasing commissions per lease
• Up to $100 renewal commissions per lease
• Yearly raises up to 5%

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and lease apartments to prospective residents
• Create and execute all lease documents, ensuring all parties sign as required
• Maintain physical and digital resident files in YARDI
• Use required telephone etiquette and techniques
• Assist Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
• Perform additional functions as requested by the Property Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service
• Proficiency with computers and software navigation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• Enthusiastic engagement with prospective and current residents
• Organized self-starter with professional appearance and demeanor
