Responsibilities
- Apartment Matchmaker – Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home.
- Tour Guide with a Twist – Show off our beautiful, move-in-ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm.
- Resident Cheerleader – Build trust and rapport with current residents to create a welcoming community.
- Leasing Rockstar – Work closely with your team to hit leasing goals while keeping customer service top-notch.
- Renewal Expert – Help current residents renew their leases because they can’t imagine living anywhere else!
Requirements
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Treats all current and future residents with the highest level of concern and care;
- Demonstrates a natural disposition towards personal and public safety;
- Operates from a place of integrity, honesty, and ethics;
- Able and willing to maintain regular attendance and punctuality to ensure all essential duties are fulfilled;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and free of typos or grammatical mistakes;
- Treats everyone with respect and dignity, accepts responsibility and takes ownership of tasks, follows through on commitments, takes initiative and maintains confidentiality;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines;
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required;
- An undergraduate degree is preferred;
- Previous property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales is required;
- Natural disposition for sales and understanding of sales techniques and processes.

- Natural at building relationships and earning trust;
- Customer service-savvy with an eye for sales;

The Company provides at least 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave per year in states with no state mandate.
