Responsibilities

As a Lease Operator II or III, you'll be responsible for overseeing leases, monitoring equipment, and ensuring safe and efficient operations during night shifts. Your expertise will help maintain smooth site activities and uphold safety standards, making a tangible impact on operational success.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Experience operating standard tools and equipment used in lease management
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Good communication skills and problem-solving ability
• Must be able to work in Carlsbad, NM (man camp accommodations available)
• Standard tools provided; company supplies necessary equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous leasing or oilfield operations experience preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates willing to learn

Skills (Nice to Have)

• Prior experience as a Lease Operator I, II, or III in the oilfield sector
• Familiarity with local regulations and safety procedures
• Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting

Pay

Target compensation between $35‑45.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Ability to work a 14/14 schedule, including day and night shifts.
