About the role

The Lease and Rental Account Manager is responsible for managing the leasing and rental operations at HOLT Truck Centers. This position involves working closely with customers to provide leasing and rental solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage leasing and rental contracts, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored leasing and rental solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealerships and suppliers.
  • Monitor lease performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and financial stability.
  • Prepare and present reports on leasing and rental activities as required by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the heavy equipment industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Experience with leasing and rental software.
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment and its maintenance.
