Responsibilities
- Administer and manage all lease documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Review and interpret lease agreements, amendments, and related documents with a high level of scrutiny
- Collapse coordinate lease renewals, extensions, and terminations efficiently, minimizing risk and maximizing operational effectiveness
- Maintain detailed and organized lease records within database systems and physical files
- Collapse Collaborate with legal, finance, and property teams to ensure all lease obligations are met and documented correctly
- Monitor critical lease dates and obligations, providing timely reminders and updates to relevant stakeholders
- Absorb Assist in resolving lease discrepancies or issues swiftly and effectively to prevent potential legal or financial implications
- Implement and improve lease administration processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in lease administration, property management, or related fields, with a proven track record of managing complex lease portfolios
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times
- Strong understanding of lease agreements, legal terminology, and relevant regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with legal, financial, and property teams
- Proficient in lease management software and MS Office Suite, with a quick aptitude for learning new systems
- Highest levels of proactiveness, resourcefulness, and capability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
