  • Content Migration & Library Organization
    • Inventory, map, clean, and prepare learning content, completion histories, and supporting files from Schoox and Google Drive for migration.

    • Partner with instructional designers and program owners to upload, organize, and quality-check media, documents, and eLearning packages before release.
  • Testing & Launch Support
    • Create test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing for permissions, assignments, automations, content, integrations, notifications, reporting, and mobile access.
    • Track defects and decisions, coordinate resolution with Wisetail and internal partners, and confirm fixes through retesting.
    • Support pilot and enterprise launch activities, including readiness checks, learner and administrator communications, issue triage, and launch status reporting.
  • Post-Launch Support
    • Manage routine LMS administration, access requests, data corrections, content updates, and escalated support issues within agreed service expectations.
    • Produce automated and customized reports.
    • Monitor data quality and system performance and identify opportunities to improve the learner and administrator experience.
    • Develop SOPs, job aids, and administrator training.
    • Support a successful handoff of ongoing LMS processes to the internal team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education technology, learning and development, human resources, information systems, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on learning management system administration experience, including user management, permissions, content, assignments, automations, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting an LMS implementation or migration, including content or data preparation, testing, issue resolution, and launch activities.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including organizing, cleaning, validating, and reconciling large data sets.
  • Ability to gather requirements, document processes, communicate technical information clearly, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Strong project organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with limited supervision.
