Key Responsibilities

  • Support Course Curriculum Model Manager (CCMM) functions.
  • Conduct curriculum compliance assessments against NAVEDTRA and applicable directives.
  • Develop and standardize learning objectives, testing, and evaluation criteria.
  • Provide recommendations to improve instructional methodologies and training effectiveness.
  • Ensure alignment with Navy training standards and policies.

Qualifications

  • Master Training Specialist (MTS) preferred.
  • 8+ years ISD and curriculum development experience.
  • 8 years of experience with NETC-compliant course/curriculum development.
  • Active SECRET clearance.
