About the Opportunity
The Learning Specialist II role is designed to enhance the onboarding experience for new employees. This position is responsible for facilitating engaging training, managing onboarding projects, and continuously improving onboarding processes to support new hires' integration and success within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary onboarding contact for new hires and managers
- Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions within the first 90 days
- Manage onboarding projects cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution
- Develop and deliver learning materials including slide decks and eLearning modules
- Oversee onboarding logistics such as scheduling, communications, and swag distribution
- Maintain onboarding content in the learning management system
- Update onboarding documentation and communications regularly
- Analyze data and conduct research to enhance the onboarding process
- Travel periodically to facilitate onsite onboarding events
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of program management experience, preferably with people-related programs or in large organizations
- At least 2 years of experience analyzing data and making process improvement recommendations
- Commitment to continuous improvement based on feedback and industry insights
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for diverse environments
- Collaborative approach with ability to manage operational tasks effectively
Pay
- USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $100,000 - $120,000
- USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $89,000 - $109,000
Compensation includes base pay, potential equity rewards, health and wellness stipends.
