Paul Mitchell The School - Roanoke is seeking a Manicurist or Cosmetology Learning Leader (Educator) to join their team. As part of a growing network of over 100 schools nationwide, this position offers unique opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

Learning Leaders are responsible for educating, motivating, mentoring, and coaching all Future Professionals in technical and guest service skills. They utilize objective-based education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and learning centers to create extraordinary learning experiences within the clinic classroom.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate should possess previous education and salon experience, along with experience using Paul Mitchell products. A strong passion for teaching, motivating, mentoring, and coaching is essential. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills, as well as experience in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment.

Skills/Competencies Required

- Previous experience instructing at a cosmetology school - Current cosmetology, Manicurist, and instructor’s license - Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills - Supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment skills - Solid work history with verifiable references - Passion for the beauty industry - Honesty and professionalism - Knowledge in Paul Mitchell Schools’ cultural and technical systems
