  • Oversee program implementation activities, including scheduling, setup, monitoring, feedback gathering, LMS management, communications, and reporting.
  • Exceed client expectations by driving accountability and supporting the development and implementation of solutions (learning and non-learning) in all modalities, on time and on budget.
  • Build and maintain networks of relationships to manage resources (internal and external), project workflow, quality work product, and budget.

  • Provide practical and targeted information/reporting to key stakeholders in a timely manner.

  • Anticipate, identify, and communicate issues quickly, providing guidance and recommendations to project team leaders.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and instruction to LE Virtual Learning Implementation associates for execution of tasks on larger, more complex initiatives.
  • Build relationships with Managers, Directors, SMEs, and Business Sponsors/stakeholders.
  • Travel occasionally (20%) to support the implementation of in-person learning programs and conferences on-site.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of how professional service firms operate, including their business segments, profitability drivers, and success factors.
  • Experience managing leadership development programs or projects, with familiarity in adult learning theory, methodologies, technologies, and the use of social media to drive behavior change and performance results.
  • Ability to run meetings (status, design, information-gathering, close-out) and manage a portfolio of programs across one or more client business segments.
  • Strong reputation for integrity, judgment, responsiveness, attention to detail, and common sense.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with AI tools such as MS Copilot/Claude and other LLMs/agents.
  • Experience with Smartsheet for project management is a plus.
